Orders are processed within in 3 days; Once orders are processed they will be shipped out with in 8-12 business days.
Due to a mass amount of orders, event orders will be processed with in a week. In some cases if there are back to back events with in the same week, orders will be processed with in that week starting on the day of the last event.
RJR felt colors are ordered in bulk and sometimes a certain color is in high demand and we’ll be sold out. We try and replenish our inventory as much as we can throughout the year. In rare situations we’ll offer pre-orders, this gives you a chance to secure your order and not worry about low stock.

RJR uses USPS for all of its shipping, and ships only within the US. RJR is not responsible for any delays in shipping during any holidays or bad weathering. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days upon delivery.

RJR DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OTHER THAN DAMAGED ITEMS.
Exchanges must be returned within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges for color and or proper sizing are only allowed. Any exchanges inquiries can be made at email@example.com.
All exchanges must be returned in its original state. Each item must be accompanied with all materials including original invoice.
All RJR’s items are checked before shipment, but in the case any item is damaged, RJR takes full responsibility for any damaged item. A return label will be sent, allowing you to return item. Upon receiving and approving item we will then refund full payment to your credit or debit card. Card processing will take 3-5 business days, the return labeling will take 2-9 days.
